The Brother ADS-3600W colour document scanner offers business-ready, professional grade office scanning, for fast, efficient and time saving digitisation. One touch scanning from the 9.3cm colour touchscreen provides a simple scanning solution for all office employees, while the large screen makes it easy to identify features and operate, minimising the need for staff training.

The programmable touchscreen can be pre-set to scan directly to designated locations including FTP or Network folder locations to instantly share documents across teams and departments. One touch scanning helps prevent the risk of inaccurate filing and lost scans by ensuring all staff can easily scan to the desired location.

The ADS-3600W has both wired and wireless connectivity for work station flexibility. Wireless connectivity means the ADS-3600W can be located in various areas across the office, situated wherever is convenient. Our secure wireless Network capability offers peace of mind for IT departments and business adaptability for users.

This high end document scanner incorporates scan to email, email server, file, image, USB and web as well as scan to Network, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software and SharePoint^® for multi-function operation, and is ideal for larger business requirements. Incorporating SuperSpeed USB 3.0 for high performance super-fast processing and optimised power efficiency, the Brother ADS-3600W is designed for improved usage and faster data transfers. The unit also offers USB 2.0 backwards compatibility.

With auto 2-sided colour scan, a 50 sheet ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) and rapid scanning at up to 50 pages per minute, the ADS-3600W is a professional departmental scanner for small to medium business needs.

Network Scanners

Colour Touchscreen

Using the colour touchscreen, scanned documents can be sent instantly to pre-selected destinations for quick and simple scanning, saving time and staff training. Routine scan jobs can be pre-configured more quickly and with fewer steps, improving workflow efficiency.

Direct scanning to favourite locations such as a departmental folders, email recipients or OCR software means routine tasks can be performed quickly and simply. This reduces the need for staff training and speeds up everyday workflow.

Near-Field Communication (NFC)

NFC enables close proximity wireless communication between your Brother scanner and an NFC device.

This NFC capability automatically establishes a direct connection, allowing instant scanning without having to connect to a Network, for simple and timely workflow in and around the office to keep your business moving.

Give customers, visitors or colleagues quick temporary access to a Brother scanner without the need to obtain passwords or enter login credentials, which can be time consuming and complicated.

Brother Solutions Interface (BSI)

BSI is a software interface that enables third-party developers to build custom solutions for, or to integrate with, Brother devices. Customised menus and screens can be created to provide new capabilities – helping customers improve operations as well as reducing costs, wastage and risk.

Secure Function Lock (SFL)

SFL is a security function which can disable or enable configuration settings and allow user restrictions to be put in place. It also has a public mode which allows functions to be left unrestricted. SFL allows administrators to restrict scanner settings per user, allowing for function management and improved security.

Scan to USB Host

The scan to USB Host feature allows the connection of an external storage flash drive up to 64 GB.

Professional Paper Handling

Powerful, professional scanners, but still desktop friendly, Brother scanners can handle a range of media weights, using a wider output tray to neatly capture paper fed through the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).

Our wide document stoppers offer expert stack performance, making scanned paper collection easy and reducing scan downtime. Multifeed Detection
