With its advanced and reliable printhead technology, the Brother DTF R2R printer delivers outstanding results every time. The inks used in this printer are Oeko-Tex and GOTS 6.0 certified, which guarantees environmentally friendly and sustainable printing. The DTF PowDR fixer works independently and optimizes your workflow. Thanks to its innovative powder circulation system, it automatically regulates the DTF powder requirement so that a 100 meter DTF roll can be printed without a break. The DTF Powder is measured directly on the film and refilled individually – all fully automatically. Thanks to the ionization of the powder, no powder residues remain on the unprinted foil surfaces. The DTF PowDR fixer ensures clean and flawless processing of the DTF prints. The powder refill container only needs to be checked and refilled once a day. This significantly reduces maintenance work.

The cleaning of the DTF PowDR fixer is uncomplicated and problem-free, especially due to the easy exchangeability of the powder unit. With the standby function, the machine stops automatically when no film is printed to save energy and prevent overheating. In addition, there is no risk of overheating or burning the DTF film during a printing problem or automatic printer cleaning. The DTF PowDR fixer has an emergency stop function that activates automatically if the temperature inside exceeds 280°C. The automatic take-up device gently rolls up the film to prevent sticking and ensure smooth operation. Additional fans accelerate the cooling of the film. For greater efficiency, the fixer has a connection for an external filter or an extraction system using a 125 mm connection pipe.

Thanks to the closed powder unit, dust formation in the work area is significantly reduced. Problems can be quickly resolved with the integrated acoustic and visual error output.
